Shipping & returns
Everything here is printed to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. That means a short make time before your parcel leaves us — and no deadstock heading to landfill.
Make time
Orders are printed and dispatched within 3–7 working days. Larger sizes (4XL and 5XL) and custom garment colours can take a few extra days — message us before ordering if you need something by a specific date.

3–5 working days after dispatch
Standard tracked delivery, calculated at checkout
Europe
5–10 working days after dispatch
Calculated at checkout by weight and destination
Rest of world
7–15 working days after dispatch
Calculated at checkout. Import duties are the customer's responsibility
Delivery times start once your order has been printed and dispatched. You will get a confirmation email with tracking where available.
Returns & exchanges
Because each piece is printed for you when you order it, we cannot accept returns simply because you have changed your mind about the design.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item? Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will reprint or refund it. No quibbling.
Wrong size? Check the size guide before ordering. If it still isn't right, get in touch — we will do what we can to help, usually a discounted reprint in the correct size.
Your statutory rights are not affected. Personalised and made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch (UK) or 21 working days (international), message us and we will chase the courier and sort it out.
