What "queer-owned" means here
Not a Pride-month capsule collection from a high-street giant. Gay By Design is run by queer people, for queer people — and anyone who likes the cut of our jokes. Every design starts as an original idea and is directed, refined and approved in our studio. No stock clip art, no recycled slogans.
Printed in our own studio
We're based in North Wales and we print every order ourselves. Nothing is sent to a partner printer or a third-party fulfilment house. You pick the design, then the garment — we print it, pack it and send it. No warehouse of deadstock, nothing to landfill.
What we make
Every design is available on a tank top, T-shirt, sweatshirt, hoodie or zip-up hoodie. All clothing is a unisex fit in sizes S–5XL. We ship worldwide, and UK orders are usually on their way within a few days of printing.
Why it matters
Buying from a queer-owned brand keeps the money in the community that made the work. You're not funding a rainbow logo that disappears in July — you're backing a small studio that lives this all year round.
