Where's my order?

Everything is printed here in our own studio when you order it, so there is a short printing and packing window before anything ships.

1. Check your emails

You get one email when your order is confirmed and another when it ships. The shipping email has your tracking link where tracking is available. Have a look in spam or promotions if you cannot see them.

2. Check the timings

Printing and packing: usually a few days.
UK delivery: usually on its way within a few days after printing.
International: longer once it leaves us, and customs charges are the buyer's.
4XL and 5XL may take a few extra days.

3. Still nothing?

Email hello@gaybydesign.uk with your order number and we will chase it up. If it arrived damaged or wrong, see Returns & faults.
